Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey - 3 pounds

  • Frozen Sweet Potatoes - 1.25 cup

  • Mixed Frozen Peas and Carrots - 1.5 cup

  • Frozen Spinach - 1 cup

  • Brown Rice - 1.5 cup

  • Water - 4 cups


Instructions

  1. Add ground turkey, frozen peas and carrots, frozen sweet potatoes, frozen spinach, brown rice, and water to the slow cooker.

  2. Break up the ground turkey and mix well with the other ingredients.

  3. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked.

  4. Let cool completely before serving.

  5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or freeze for longer storage.
