Ingredients
Chicken breasts - 2 pieces
Chicken liver - 250 grams
Fish - 100 grams
Chickpeas (large) - 1 cup
Chickpeas (small) - 1 cup
Black eyed peas - 1 cup
Red rice - 0.5 cup
Sweet potato - 2 medium
Carrots - 3 medium
Pumpkin or squash - 1 slice
Spinach - 1 packet
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large pressure cooker, cutting the vegetables into large pieces.
Add enough water to almost cover the ingredients.
Cook on high for four whistles.
Allow the mixture to cool down, then pour out the excess broth (save for serving).
Shred the chicken and fish, mixing thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Ensure the mixture is chunky, allowing for easy identification of components.
