RECIPE DETAILS

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 1 cup

  • Egg - 1 unit

  • Natural peanut butter - 3 tablespoon

  • Banana (mashed) - 1 unit

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.

  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes so that the oats can soak up some of the moisture.

  4. Drop by tablespoon-sized scoops onto a lined baking sheet.

  5. Press them down with a spoon or a fork to flatten a little.

  6. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 12-15 minutes.

  7. The treats are done when the oats are slightly browned, and the cookies are slightly firm but also spongey like the top of a cupcake.

  8. Allow treats to cool on a wire rack, then serve or store in an airtight container.
