RECIPE DETAILS

Ingredients

  • Ground Lamb - 2 lbs

  • Broccoli - 5 oz

  • Hemp Seeds - 2 oz

  • Blueberries - 2.5 oz

  • Hard Boiled Eggs - 2 large

  • Chia Seeds - 1 tablespoon

  • Greek Yogurt - 2.5 oz

  • Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon


Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or skillet on medium heat.

  2. Add the ground lamb and cook until brown stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking of the meat.

  3. When the lamb is cooked place it in a sieve and wash it under the tap to remove any excess fat.

  4. Peel the hardboiled eggs and finely chop.

  5. In a large mixing bowl add the cooked lamb to the other ingredients.

  6. Stir to combine thoroughly. Serve!
